The Company is listed on AIM and is pursuing a strategy of developing its own brands for sale in the UK and internationally in a number of attractive sectors of the alcoholic drinks market such as premium Vodka, premium Gin and Rum. It also aims to develop third party brands in the UK on behalf of other brand owners primarily to provide an attractive portfolio to large UK customers and to fund the sales infrastructure needed to cover all sectors of the UK alcoholic drinks market. The Company outsources all functions that do not add value to these goals such as distribution, logistics, bottling etc and operates from a low overhead base (rented offices) in Fulham, London. Sales infrastructure outside the UK is also outsourced to local distributors in overseas markets.
The Company’s primary assets are the brands that it owns and therefore spends considerable resources ensuring that it Intellectual Property assets are registered and protected in the countries where it operates.
